If there is an issue with your item(s) please contact us immediately and we will work to make it right. If your item was damaged during the shipping process, please contact us asap after delivery and we will work on replacing your item.

Measurements are approximate and may vary slightly. There may be natural imperfections in the wood, we do not consider that flawed, it simply adds to the uniqueness and character of each piece. 
 

Outdoor welcome signs and door hangers are finished with a UV protectant coating. Please note, that your custom welcome sign is best displayed under cover. If left uncovered, the elements may weather the board and shorten its life. As a result, we cannot be held responsible for any damage resulting from improper care of this product.
