Can I order a custom design?
Absolutely! Message us prior to ordering to arrange a design idea and price. All payments are due in full at time of ordering. Production will not begin until your order is placed online and paid for.
Do you make items that are not listed on your website?
We do! We have made many items that don't get listed, just ask! If you have something in mind that you are unsure about, message us! We would be happy to hear from you.
What is your Turn-Around-Time?
TAT depends on the season. Typically 10-14 business days, unless otherwise noted. This TAT does not include weekends or holidays.

Please understand that things happen. Stains or sealers don't dry properly, Sickness, Injuries, Tools need replaced periodically. If your order will take longer than the estimated TAT, we will contact you asap.
How do I care for my sign, board, etc?
We have several guides that explain how to care for your specific item. Please refer to the Product Care page.
Will my sign be okay outside?
All of our porch welcome signs and door hangers are finished with a UV protectant coating. Please note, that your custom welcome sign is best displayed under cover. If left uncovered, the elements will weather the board and shorten its life. As a result, we cannot be held responsible for any damage resulting from improper care of this product.

Are your signs made of vinyl?
Great question! If you have ordered a sign from us before 2021, it was likely vinyl. We have since transitioned to materials that give dimension, including wood, MDF, and acrylic. There are a few remaining indoor signs that include vinyl as part of the dimensional design (Usually the majority of design is 3-d material). ​If you have any questions about the materials used for an item, please ask!
