Behind The Signs

Waldo's Custom Decor is run by Jordan, with the support of my husband and two children. I have been crafting, creating and constructing for many years before my hobby turned business kicked off. When my youngest was 3 weeks old and I was recovering from surgery, hardly moving around, I had a strong desire to make a wooden welcome sign for our front door. I persuaded my husband to buy me a new saw and a piece of wood. Within a few days I had a beautiful sign to show off. Family and friends encouraged me to make another just like it to sell. It wasn't long and I had several people asking if I could do custom designs, and I very quickly found my love for creating custom pieces of wood art.

I am blessed to have the support of my husband and two little redheaded girls. Our home is full of baseball, hockey, camping and beach trips. Often you can find my girls in the shop alongside me working on 'projects' of their own.
